DO I NEED TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR MY WEDDING?

While we do offer collections with just one photographer most of our collections include two photographers for your wedding day. Two photographers are so central to our storytelling style of capturing the day. It doesn’t matter how large your wedding will be having two photographers will ensure that someone is with you and your spouse capturing all of the beautiful moments during getting ready. It’s not just the beginning of the day when you two are apart either.  Throughout your wedding day a second camera will give a different perspective and a really well-rounded story of the day. Imagine a close up AND a wide shot of your first look and your first kiss, and having both of your reactions when you come down the aisle…because you definitely want both versions in your wedding album. We can definitely discuss your needs further during our initial consultation.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET?

We average around 100-150 images per hour on the wedding day. Every wedding is different but rest assured we will be there capturing everything with our signature storytelling style so you can look back and relive it all. You can expect a minimum of 800 images for full wedding day but most likely many more as we look for every nuance within a moment. Your wedding photographs will be delivered three ways. First in a private online gallery for easy downloading and sharing with friends and family. Second, with a custom USB drive. All of our collections include your first family heirloom, a personalized album that we design with you to preserve your memories for generations to come.

DO WE PROVIDE VIDEO?

Yes we do! We have swooped up a handful of talented award winning videographers whose documentary storytelling perfectly compliments our photographic style. Working closely together over the years allows us to be on the same page every part of the day making for a seamless photo and video experience.

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO I NEED FOR MY WEDDING?

This will totally depend on your wedding venue and timeline but all of our collections provide UNLIMITED event photography coverage. We want to tell your story, that’s what makes our hearts flutter.  We never want to be in the middle of your cake cut and be saying “Hey, it’s been 8 hours, time for us to head out”. We also never want you to worry about pulling out your PayPal to pay us for additional hours to stay longer on your wedding day *cringe*.

HOW LONG WILL OUR IMAGES BE BACKED UP?

We pride ourselves on protecting and preserving your memories forever. Not only do you receive your wedding photographs in three different ways but we also back your photos up in multiple locations. We have had couples come to us years later asking for an image of a lost loved one and it’s so important to us that we can provide that. We take your visual legacy seriously.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS?

Yes! We so believe in your memories living in albums and on the walls rather than sitting on a computer somewhere. With our wedding collections we offer a free 8×10 printed photograph to EVERY wedding guest. They are able to choose which photo they want and you two can put the link for them in your thank you cards as a way of thanking them for attending your wedding. We also offer beautiful wall art options to print your most epic photographs from the wedding day.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

We call sunny San Diego California home. Running our wedding photography business out of San Diego is an absolute dream. San Diego is home to some of the most gorgeous wedding venues and so many different climates and landscapes. From the ocean to the mountains and the desert we are ever inspired. We also love experiencing new places and cultures and traveling to photograph weddings, elopements and engagements is something we never tire of. CAN WE MEET YOU IN PERSON BEFORE BOOKING?

If you live locally we would love to set up a meeting with you and your spouse. If you live out of town we can always have cocktails or coffee over zoom and get to know each other better.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?

Being a married couple ourselves we are all too familiar with the anticipation and excitement for receiving your wedding photos. We don’t want you to have to wait months until you receive your final gallery. We deliver all of your hand edited photographs to you in 4 weeks or less.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

One word… TIMELESS.  We have watched trends come and go over the years.  In a world of filters we choose to show your day how it actually looked.  Greens should be green, your skin tone is priority, no Umpa Lumpas here ☺  We want you to be able to look back at your photos 20 years from now and for them to still look relevant.
