April & Tanner’s Forever And Always Farm wedding has us wanting to pack up the motorcycle and hit the open road. While photographing the farm and the Harley Davidson we couldn’t help but feel that this wedding was made for the adventurous and the playful (totally our vibe). One look at April & Tanner’s wedding photos and you’ll feel just that. The newlyweds allowed themselves to get lost in the moments together and it made for such emotive expressions and photos overflowing with heart. And if you were considering bringing out the motorcycle for your own wedding photos we hope that April & Tanner’s wedding will have you screaming YAAASSS by the end.

Marriage in and of itself is one of life’s greatest adventures but April & Tanner put a spotlight on adventure having their wedding at Forever And Always Farm in Murrieta. Between the peacocks, flower crown wearing alpaca and the chickens this wedding venue is made for adventurous souls. It was the perfect backdrop for April and Tanner’s fall wedding. The couple poured heartfelt personal touches into their day and we loved all of the steps they took to really personalize their wedding day.

Between the sweet hand written letters to one another, to the letters the couple wrote to their parents these two had us blinking back teary eyes all day and night. April did a first look with her mother and father that literally gives us the goose bumps when I think back to how high the emotions were in that room as the barn doors dramatically rolled back to reveal April in her wedding gown for her father and mother to see their little girl as a bride for the first time. It was one of those moments that as photographers we get excited over. It allowed us to get the candid, raw emotion that we strive to document.

The bride & groom decided to save the first look for down the ceremony aisle but that didn’t stop them from taking a moment to have a first look, no look. They held hands and shared sweet comforting words with one another on either side of the entryway. We loved watching them light up with laughter as they anticipated their wedding vows.

I think everyone stopped breathing when April came down the aisle in her custom wedding gown. April & Tanner said their vows as the breeze danced across the overlooking field, it was truly picturesque. They did something we have never seen before and had a dirt ceremony. They each had a vessel of dirt from their childhood homes and they poured it into the planter of a potted money tree. It was very cool to see something so unique and new.

After the ceremony we normally sweep the couple away for photos but this time Tanner did all of the sweeping away, pulling out his Harley Davidson to sweep April away into the field. After dinner everyone danced beneath those undisturbed Murrieta night skies. It was beautiful.

As we are writing this we just can’t help but wonder where the newlyweds are now. In true adventurous April & Tanner fashion these lovebirds were hitting the open road, no agenda no marked destination, just the two of them and a coastline of possibilities. Cheers to never losing your sense of adventure together you two!
