The Wedding…

The only word to describe photographing Jessica & Shaun’s wedding is joyful. These two souls just radiate happiness. Photographing their wedding was such a pleasure, the newlyweds were so emotive and unguarded with us, allowing us to capture the real moments of their wedding day. This intimate wedding took place at Montana Cielo, a private wedding estate in Jamul, CA. The sun was shining almost as bright as the bride and grooms smiles. The couple was married by the bride’s brother in one of the sweetest most personal wedding ceremonies we’ve heard. Family was at the core of the couples wedding. With Jessica’s brother as the officiant and her niece and nephew as the flower girl & ring bearer. Oh and we could never forget the honorary dog, the couples fur baby Halley! The reception followed as the sun set behind the rocks painting the sky in fiery hues before settling into a purple dusk. A fitting sunset for the couples sunset inspired wedding. We took the couple away for some wedding portraits atop the rocks over looking the valley. We love how the photos appear as if these two are the only ones in the world. Guests dined, danced and laughed beneath the market lights on the patio as they overlooked the twinkling hills of Jamul. Wishing these two ALL of the happiness in the world. 

The Love Story As Told By the Bride, Jessica…

Shaun and I met through a friend. His firsts words to me (no lie) were “feel my legs”. And somehow that won me over. 9 short years later, we’re getting married. He proposed at our all time favorite place on earth…dog beach (ocean beach), with our favorite girl, Halley, by his side.
