Blooms almost as colorful as the personalities, the sprawling rustic estate at Circle Oak Ranch in Temecula and two lovers who have known each other since middle school, this one is a tear jerker, a goose-bump maker, and a composer of infectious smiles. Jordyn and Nick’s wedding at Circle Oak Ranch in Temecula glowed with happiness. You know it’s a wedding chock full of moments when Ryan calls me from the other room every five minutes as he culls through (decides what to keep & delete) the photos and says “Em, you’ve got to see this.” And indeed, I never raced upstairs short of breath to be disappointed. Each and every time we would let out audible “Awwww’s” as he flipped through the little moment’s in the couple’s story.

It was clearly evident that these two have wonderful humans in their lives and that Jordyn and Nick have extreme love for these humans. After a super chill and relaxed morning of getting ready with their besties the couple did a gift exchange before their first look. Nick gave Jordyn the cutest calligraphed denim bridal jacket (woah that was a lot of adjectives to describe, you should peep it below, adorable!!!). after the gift exchange and dressing the couples fur child in his formal wear (another must see!) it was time for their first look.

Nick’s mom approached him first as he awaited Jordyn in one of the courtyards at The Circle Oak Ranch. He shared in a warm embrace with mama before all 5 foot nothing (Jordyn is adorably small) of his future gave him a little tap on the arm. We will let the photos do the rest of the talking for this moment because honestly, they are no words that compare.

After the first look, Jordyn, Nick and the bridal party went about the grounds taking photos until the ceremony. Guests arrived via school bus and poured into the ceremony site. Such a whimsical way to charter the guests to this rustic wedding venue that truly has an almost summer camp like feel. A canopy of green tree branches shaded them as the couple said their vows at the base of the large oak tree. The couple’s ceremony featured, laughter, tears, cheers, and one epic prayer as every guest touched the couple or one another creating this web of love that could be seen and felt. After celebratory hugs with all of their family members it was time for some wedding portraits with the couple with the mountainous backdrop and some flowing champagne. (seriously bring champagne to you wedding portraits, it’s always a good idea and super fun!).

The reception took place beneath the market lights as guests danced, dined, got their fun on in the VW bus photobooth and roasted gooey marshmallows over a crackling fire to enjoy with the melty chocolate and crunchy graham crackers the couple had out as wedding favors.

Their Love Story…as told by Jordyn

We first met in middle school but didn’t see each other again until after high school. We became really good friends for many years and then one New Year’s Eve we shared a kiss at midnight and have been inseparable since then. After our first kiss we started dating casually and then we started traveling together. After our first vacation we knew we were going to start a life together. Nick proposed to me in our favorite destination, Yosemite National Park, while we were out for a hike and enjoying the first snow of the season. It was just the two of us staring off at the Merced River and taking in all of the beauty of a snowy Yosemite. I was so surprised when Nick got down on one knee and did not expect to get engaged that weekend. It was truly the most beautiful moment of our lives.

That was until this day you two! Sending you all the love! Here is their wedding story…
