Wilson Creek Winery Engagement Session in Temecula, California

This Temecula, California engagement session at Wilson Creek Winery had Ryan & I wanting to hop a flight back to Italy. We never lose inspiration being Temecula wedding and engagement photographers, the scenic inspiration never ends. Michelle & Nick enlisted the expertise of Touched By Time Vintage Rentals to help pull together this Tuscan inspired engagement session at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, California. The mother & daughter team of Touched By Time curated a beautiful collection of rentals and put their styling to work to create a picnic in the middle of the winery, followed by a vintage bike ride through the vines.

We loved capturing an engagement session where the couple included props and rentals, it was so refreshing because it adds interest to the scenery and engagement photos. Props & rentals also help tell a story for your engagement session and if you didn’t already know, Emry Photography is ALL about storytelling (so consider yourself in the know, now =)). It also really helps having props if you are at all nervous for posing in an engagement session, it helps alleviate some of that “I don’t know what to do with my hands.” Syndrome that is totally natural to have when you’re in front of the camera for the first time.

Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, California was the perfect location to stage this Tuscan engagement session. The vines were in bloom, the birds were chirping and the sun shining. The architecture, landscape and neutral color palette at Wilson Creek Winery also lend to that romantic Italian vibe. And for newly engaged couples in Southern California it’s just a hop, skip & a jump to get to Temecula sparing you the high cost of traveling abroad for an engagement session, because let’s be real here that isn’t do-able for everyone.
